You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our designs, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery. If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for non-custom, non-personalized items. The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
